About White Macaubas

White Macaubas (MB28) takes its cue from the pale Brazilian quartzites valued for their soft striping. The ivory-white base carries longitudinal veins in muted gray and sand, with occasional finer cross-veins, all low in contrast so the slab reads light and calm. Made with Infinity's High-Fidelity Tech, the slab has what the brand describes as depth beyond the surface layer and a more tactile presence.

Through Modul Marble it can be ordered as a 12 mm Polished slab of 162 x 324 cm (63¾ x 127½ in), with non-rectified edges. The polish adds brightness to the pale palette, which suits kitchens and bathrooms with plenty of white or natural wood. Infinity lists heat, scratch and chemical resistance among the material's properties, and with very low water absorption the slab needs only gentle, non-abrasive cleaning.
