Quartz Pink

Rose quartz is the pink variety of crystalline quartz, and here its color moves from pale blush to a stronger rose, with white, cloudy zones in between. The pieces are selected and fitted by hand, and the pattern stays loose and irregular in the standard version. In the gold version, rounder pieces are outlined by thin gold-colored joints, and the Small line uses smaller stones for a finer, denser texture.

The stone is translucent, and in every version backlighting turns the pink softer and more uniform. Illuminated feature walls, vanity fronts, bar counters and furniture in hospitality, retail or residential interiors all make good use of it. A 2 cm slab is the norm, yet the stone can be produced from 0.6 to 4 cm thick and at any size up to 320 x 190 cm. Use a mild, non-acidic cleaner and a soft cloth for routine care.
