About Agate Opal
Every slab is assembled by hand from pieces of natural stone, and in Opal those pieces are cut large and irregular, giving a fractured, almost geological surface instead of a pattern of rings. The standard version mixes white and pale gray with rust and caramel accents. Opal Grey swaps that palette for charcoal streaked with white, closer in feel to a dramatic marble; Opal Titan runs long pieces in loose horizontal strata; and Opal Titan With Ammonites sets dark fossil ammonites into pale, mauve-tinted stone.
Countertop and island pieces are made to fit, each up to 320 x 190 cm, in the standard 2 cm or any thickness across a 0.6 to 4 cm spread. Opal suits kitchen islands and counters with integrated sinks, living room feature walls, coffee tables and a full headboard wall. Its translucency has not been confirmed, so anyone planning an illuminated installation should verify it first. On kitchen surfaces, a pH-neutral cleaner and a trivet under anything straight off the stove are sensible habits.
